Roasted Tomato and Feta Parcels

With spring finally here we are already thinking of the many barbecues we will be having. We recommend you throw in a couple of these roasted tomato and feta parcels into your grill, they are great as an appetizer and side dish!


  • 500g cherry tomatoes , left whole 
  • 200g feta cheese , crumbled 
  • a few sprigs rosemary 
  • olive oil 
  • balsamic vinegar 


  1. Make 6 double foil parcels by putting 2 squares of foil on top of each other. Divide the tomatoes and cheese between and tuck in a rosemary sprig. Drizzle over olive oil, scrunch in the top to make an enclosed parcel. 
  2. BBQ for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes have started to burst open and the cheese has softened. Open and drizzle with balsamic before serving.
